Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule with rotating day/mid shifts
• Manager may consider a 4x10 schedule
• No on-call required
• No floating required
• No weekend requirement
• See approximately 7 patients per day
• Treat patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Work as part of a PT/OT/SLP multidisciplinary team treating outpatient neuro diagnoses including concussion, vestibular, post CVA, Parkinson's, balance disorders, light orthopedics, and general outpatient conditions
• Utilize specialized equipment including a balance Tudor perturbation treadmill, Virtualis, Frenzel goggles, Stroll VR goggles, and parallel bars
• Chart using Epic electronic health record system
• 1 year of outpatient PT setting experience preferred; first-time travelers accepted with appropriate experience
• Neurology experience required
• PA or compact PT license required
• Required certifications: BLS and CPR
