You will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients at Hi-Desert Medical Center. In this role, you'll assess patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and work to improve mobility and functional outcomes across diverse patient populations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering tests and treatments to assess patient conditions and functional limitations
• Developing realistic functional goals in collaboration with patients and their families
• Applying appropriate modalities and procedures with correct technique and timing
• Demonstrating knowledge of indications and contraindications for all treatments prescribed
• Working with patients to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
