Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in Silverdale, WA

St Michael Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for its Cardiac Cath Lab Pre/Post Recovery unit in Silverdale, WA. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 22, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• 4x10-hour shifts: 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM
• On-call 1–2 days per week with a preferred 30-minute response time (60-minute maximum)
• One weekend per month on-call
• Call schedules: weekday 9:30 PM–5:00 AM, weekend day 5:00 AM–5:00 PM, weekend night 5:00 PM–5:00 AM
• Weekly pay: $3,155.64
• Holidays on-call only; otherwise off

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide admit and recovery care for patients undergoing left and right heart catheterizations
• Support complex interventions including PCI, electrophysiology, interventional radiology, and peripheral vascular procedures
• Work in a multimodality lab with 23 total bays (16 beds and radial lounge with recovery chairs)
• Manage an average of 30 cases per day
• Float only for emergency response; no routine floating required

Requirements

• Active Washington RN license or current Compact license
• ACLS, BLS (AHA), and NIHSS certifications required
• Competent staff complete unit orientation in less than one week

Work Environment

• Recovery unit operates Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–9:30 PM
• Hospital-issued surgical attire provided
• EPIC EMR and PYXIS equipment used
