ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - MICU

Job Details:

• Night shift position working 3x12 hour shifts
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• Patient ratios of 2:1 and 3:1 in a 32-bed Medical ICU unit
• Float requirements include stepdown and med/surg units
• EMR system: EPIC
• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience required
• Required certifications: Current Arkansas Licensure, BLS, ACLS
• Preferred certification: CCRN
• Must pass a mandatory medication and math competency test with a minimum score of 90% before assuming medication administration responsibilities; test may be repeated one time with failure to pass resulting in termination
• Scrub color: Black
• No open toe shoes permitted
