Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 or 48 hours (must be indicated on submission)
• 13-week assignment length
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• No call requirements
• Float requirements: will float on a rotational basis
• Auto-offer position with flexible guaranteed hours
• Night shift orients on day shift and must be available the entire week
• Current RN license required (eligible for Missouri licensure or currently licensed in Missouri)
• Required certifications: BLS from AHA only, NIHSS (may obtain prior to start)
• Minimum 1 year telemetry experience required (inpatient only)
• Experience and competence in drug titration required
• Dress code: Black scrubs only
• Patient ratios vary: Days 1:5-1:6, nights 1:6-1:7 (ratios not guaranteed)
• Work with 32-bed unit treating medical, medical telemetry, and respiratory patients
• Equipment includes telemetry, lift equipment, IV pumps, and tube feeding pumps
• Electronic medical record system: EPIC
• Must maintain professional accountability for patient care provision
• Physical demands include standing and walking most of the time, bending, stooping, lifting and turning patients with assistance
