Opportunity:

RN - OR Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work five 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, from 10:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• Rotating call schedule includes weekday call shifts from 11:45 PM to 6:45 AM and weekend call shifts from 5:15 PM to 6:45 AM
• 3 to 4 call shifts per 4-week schedule, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
• Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience required
• Previous travel experience is required
• Must have strong experience in general, GYN, orthopedic, podiatry, urology, and robotics procedures
• Level III Trauma Center environment
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing practice standards
• Review patient history, diagnostics, and laboratory data and report abnormal results to physicians and appropriate caregivers
• Formulate and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members
• Delegate and supervise activities of licensed and non-licensed health care team members
• Document assessments, nursing interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice
• BLS certification is required
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and stretch frequently
• May be required to lift up to 75 pounds
