PCU - Progressive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - Stepdown

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend availability required
• Unit makes the schedule - cannot accommodate block schedule requests, must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the unit
• 21-bed stepdown unit with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Patient population includes adults (ages 18+) with cardiac and respiratory conditions
• May float to Med-Surg or ER as needed
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
• Prior travel experience required
• Tennessee nursing license or compact license required at time of submission
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale
• EMR system: Cerner
• Dress code: Navy scrubs
