RN Float Position in Augusta, GA

AU Medical Center, Inc. is seeking an RN for a Float position in Augusta, GA. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 30, 2026, with a weekly pay of $2,131.20.

Schedule and Commitment:

• Day shifts: 10:45 AM to 8:45 PM, four 10-hour days per week
• On-call requirement of 2–3 call shifts within a 4-week period

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to population-specific characteristics
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care using interdisciplinary communication methods
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance activities
• Complete all required professional competency assessments and mandatory education

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact accepted)
• Intraoperative experience or OR circulating experience required
• Current BLS certification (AHA, ARC-BLS, or BLS-Instructor)
• Associate's, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
