PT - Physical Therapist Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work 5 shifts per week schedule
• Required to work 3 weekend shifts per quarter
• Inpatient physical therapy services
• 2 years of experience required
• Valid state license required at time of submission
• 2 supervisor references required
• Float within hospital or to affiliate hospital nearby
• Must comply with strict no-tobacco facility policy with nicotine drug screening
• Complete orientation modules averaging 4-6 hours through Relias/Net Learning portal
• Annual module completion required, varying by specialty
• Return staff policy requires 1 year absence before returning
