Pediatric Respiratory Therapist

Opportunity:

Respiratory Therapist - RRT PICU

Job Details:

• Night shifts with possibility to fill in day shifts if necessary
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• Every other weekend required
• Guaranteed hours up to 36 hours per week
• 4 years of experience required
• PICU, NICU, and Adult ICU experience preferred
• No on-call required
• Float required within scope to meet facility needs including CCU, Flex Unit, SDU, PEDS, PICU, PCU, and FBS
• Charting system: Cerner experience required
• Scrub color: Any color or pattern
• Special equipment experience required: Servo U-V60 and High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)
• Patient diagnoses include respiratory therapy, Level 2 ER/PICU/NICU trauma, CCU, floor therapy, and high acuity population
• Patient age groups include neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• PICU experience is a hard stop requirement
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CRT, NRP, PALS, RRT
