Cath Lab Technologist Job in North Venice, FL

Join Sarasota Memorial Hospital - Venice as a Cath Lab Technologist in our cardiac catheterization laboratory. You will work in a two-cath lab environment focused on invasive cardiac diagnostic procedures, serving patients aged 18 and up.

Position Details

• Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Days
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: July 20, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,920
• Location: North Venice, FL (with potential floats to main Sarasota campus with advance notice for full shifts)

Responsibilities

• Circulate and scrub as applicable in the cath lab
• Support invasive cardiac diagnostic procedures
• Weekend, call, holiday, and emergency call required
• On-call responsibilities included
• Travelers float first in rotation
• Use Allscripts medication system

Requirements

• Allied Health Professional credential
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience
• Minimum 2 years specialty experience with EP experience preferred
• Prior travel experience required
• Current Florida licensure or registration through CCI
• Required certifications: CVT, BLS, ACLS, and registered cardiovascular technologist certification (RCIS and/or RCES) or radiologic tech (ARRT) CV
• CVT requires AS degree or higher
• Flexibility to float between Venice and main Sarasota campuses
