ED RN Job in San Antonio, TX

Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, TX is seeking an RN for a 13-week contract position in the Emergency Department. You will provide direct nursing care to adult patients in a fast-paced emergency setting, managing a wide range of acute medical and trauma cases.

• Shift: 3x12 hours, nights (7 PM–7 AM)
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start date: June 8, 2026
• Positions available: 2

In this role, you will assess and monitor patients presenting with emergency conditions, administer medications and treatments, perform wound care, and respond to rapid patient acuity changes. You will work alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver timely, coordinated care.

You will be expected to maintain current nursing licensure and all required certifications for emergency nursing practice. Your critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to remain composed under pressure are essential in this environment.

• Weekly pay: $1,708.20
