Role Responsibilities

You will provide direct patient care to critically ill patients requiring intensive nursing support. Your responsibilities include:

• Monitor and manage critically ill patients in a fast-paced critical care environment
• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by the care team
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Respond to changing patient conditions and provide timely clinical interventions

Position Requirements

You must hold a current RN license and be prepared to work overnight shifts in a high-acuity environment. Strong clinical assessment skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team are essential.
