ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Float pool position requiring willingness to float to multiple different units including Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, and CTICU based on experience
• May also float to any IMC within the organization
• Shift hours are 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 48 guaranteed hours per week
• 75% weekends required
• No on-call requirements
• Minimum 3 years of ICU experience required
• Acute care hospital experience required
• Patient ratios of 1:2 in ICU and 1:3 in IMC
• Care for basic ICU patients including sedated, intubated, and patients on pressors; high complexity patients such as CRRT not required
• EMR system: EPIC
• Must be flexible with assignments and potentially accept multiple different assignments within the same shift
• Must be focused on outstanding patient care, team communication, and individual excellence
• Scrub color is non-specific
• Unacceptable attire includes open-toed shoes (no crocs), jeans, clothing with large logos or print, and profanity
