CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• 3x12 hour day shifts, Thursday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM (subject to change)
• Minimum 2 years of recent CT Technologist experience required
• Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted unless they have 3+ years of recent experience in this specialty
• Required certification: ARRT (CT), ARRT R, BLS
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Trauma Level I experience required; Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Must be proficient with a wide range of CT procedures including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, lumbar, thoracic, and soft tissue neck scans
• Experience with 3D rendering techniques including maximum intensity projection, surface shaded displays, and volume rendering required
• Perform vascular CTA, coronary CTA, brain perfusion, carotid, and musculoskeletal trauma imaging
• Preparation and administration of contrast media required
• Venipuncture and starting peripheral IVs required
• Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP) and region of interest measurement (ROI) skills required
• PACS experience required
• Isolation precautions and PPE compliance required
• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
• Facility has 4 CT rooms
• Block scheduling not available; Sunday through Wednesday not available
• 50-mile radius rule applies; local candidates within 50 miles will not be considered
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of submission; RTO submitted after an offer is presented will not be honored
• If assignment includes end-of-year holidays and all three (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's) fall within the assignment, traveler must be willing to work 2 of the 3 holidays; if only 2 holidays fall within the assignment, traveler must be willing to work at least 1
