PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Sunday through Thursday schedule
• Weekend requirement - work either every Saturday or every Sunday
• Holiday rotation with permanent staff (typically one major and one minor holiday)
• 3-shift floor-specific orientation provided
• Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings based on facility needs
• Inpatient areas include general inpatient, rehab, OR sub-acute units
• Outpatient locations include Hueme clinic (20 minutes away) and Oxnard clinic (down the street from main facility)
• Treat diverse patient populations including orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and lymphedema patients
• Common diagnoses include spinal cord injuries, stroke, brain injuries, orthopedic conditions, general medical/surgical patients, bariatrics, ICU, cardiac, and ventilated patients
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
• BLS certification required
• Use Cerner electronic medical record system
• Uniform provided: polo shirts with khakis or black pants
• 24/7 pharmacy support available
