NICU RN Job in Green Bay, WI

Bellin Health Green Bay is hiring a Registered Nurse for its 18-bed level III NICU. You will provide direct patient care in a private-room setting with a focus on family-integrated care.

Role Details

• Work 3x12-hour PM/NOC variable shifts
• 36 guaranteed hours per week (except during orientation and unit closures)
• Every third weekend required
• Holiday rotation required—you may work either July 4th or Labor Day if needed, not both
• Float to Pediatrics as assigned
• No on-call or callback obligations

Patient Care

• Average patient ratio 2:1, ranging from 1:1 to 3:1
• Care for extremely low birth weight infants and postpartum patients (OB RN handles postpartum care)
• Use EPIC charting system

Requirements

• 2+ years level III NICU experience
• Experience with extremely low birth weight infants and deliveries
• EPIC charting experience within the last 12 months
• At least 1 travel assignment preferred
• Active Wisconsin RN license or Compact license
• AHA BLS and NRP certifications
• Associate or Bachelor degree in nursing
• Must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility

Compensation & Duration

• Weekly pay: $2,592
• Assignment length: 91 days
• Start date: June 29, 2026

An 8-hour unbillable orientation is included. You will interview with the manager via Teams. Any scrubs or hospital-provided scrubs are acceptable.
