ED RN Job in Austell, GA

Join Cobb Hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. You'll work 3x12 night shifts (6:45 PM to 7:15 AM) and earn $1,828 weekly. This 91-day assignment starts August 26, 2026.

In this role, you'll deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care across the care continuum. Your responsibilities include:

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based care tailored to population-specific characteristics
• Partner with patients and families through bedside reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and patient education
• Coordinate safe, quality care via effective interdisciplinary communication
• Document thoroughly and participate in performance improvement activities
• Mentor and precept other nursing staff as needed
• Function decisively in a fast-paced emergency environment
• Support efficient resource utilization

Required Skills: Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities; excellent time management and critical thinking; ability to respond to emergencies with composure and respect; basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word). Epic and 3M experience preferred.

Credentials: RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact) and BLS required upon hire. PALS and ACLS required within 180 days. TNCC or ATCN required within 18 months.

Education: Associate's or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
