CVICU RN Job in Wausau, WI

You will join Aspirus Wausau Hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). This is a 91-day travel assignment running 3x12 hour night shifts, beginning October 19, 2026. You will earn $2,359 per week.

Position Overview

As a CVICU nurse, you will provide direct patient care to individuals with acute cardiac conditions. Your responsibilities will include monitoring cardiac patients, administering medications, managing hemodynamic support devices, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active RN license from Wisconsin or a compact state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience

Assignment Details

You will work nights on a 3x12 hour schedule. Floating may be required between sister facilities within the designated region, so flexibility is essential.
