Job Details:

• Rotating day/afternoon shifts with Saturday and Sunday 12-hour shifts, no call required
• Typical shift times: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, 10:45 AM - 7:15 PM, 10:45 AM - 11:15 PM, and 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Cancellation policy: 2 shifts per 13-week contract
• Charting system: EPIC
• Acute care setting
• Scrubs provided for OR
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience required with strong Ortho (total knee/hips), Neuro, trauma, and robotics experience
• Robotic (DaVinci) experience required
• Required certification: BLS (AHA)
• Must meet one of the following: Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse, completion of a Surgical Technology program, completion of a Registered Nurse program, completion of a summer surgical tech extern program, OR High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of previous scrub experience
• Work across 33 total OR suites (23 on 5 North and 10 on 2 West) averaging 80-120 cases per day
• Service lines include: Orthopedics (major joints, spines, sports med, trauma), Neurosurgery (craniotomies and spines), Surgical Oncology, Urology, GYN robotics, Bariatric, ENT (head and neck free flaps, reconstruction, and basic ENT), and Ophthalmology (retina, cataracts, and oculoplasty)
