Job Details:

• 36 hours guaranteed with expectation of working up to 40 hours per week
• Overtime must be approved by director before working additional hours
• Will not float to other clinics
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Will accept first time travelers but not new graduates
• Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• See 12-14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow up visits expected
• One traveler position requires full ability to treat pelvic floor patients
• Other position focuses on orthopedic patient population
• Must be located more than 50 miles from facility to qualify for travel rates
