Telemetry RN Job in Hartford, CT

Saint Francis Hospital & Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for our medical surgical telemetry unit. This is a 90-day travel assignment starting June 15, 2026, offering you the opportunity to provide direct patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Position Details:

• Work three 12.5-hour night shifts per week, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekly pay: $2,316.60
• Assignment duration: 90 days

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care on the medical surgical telemetry unit
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs for patients with various medical conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by providers
• Document patient care activities and assessment findings in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care
• Respond promptly to cardiac rhythm changes and patient emergencies
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and self-care

What We're Looking For:

You hold a current RN license and have experience in telemetry nursing or medical surgical care. You are comfortable with cardiac monitoring, skilled in patient assessment, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced unit. Your communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals are essential.
