Job Details:

• Perform CT and X-Ray examinations using ionizing radiation
• Produce radiographs using proper technical factors and evaluate each film for proper exposure and positioning
• Schedule exams and properly instruct patients on preparations for examinations
• Set up and organize rooms for radiographic procedures
• Work independently and make independent decisions, including in emergency situations
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff both orally and in writing
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Ability to lift and move patients with or without assistance and maneuver equipment greater than or equal to 20 pounds
• Must have manual dexterity to operate imaging equipment
• Visual and hearing acuity required to receive feedback and information from patients
• ARRT Registry required
