Cath Lab Technologist Job in Austin, TX

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment at North Austin Medical Center in Austin, TX. This is a day shift role, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist with cardiac catheterizations, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), peripheral procedures, and pacemaker/defibrillator implants
• Operate and maintain cardiovascular invasive equipment
• Document procedures using the Meditech EMR system
• Collaborate with a team of 10 staff members, including 4 RNs and 3 CV technicians, in an 8-bed cardiac catheterization lab
• Respond to on-call requirements: 10–12 days per month from 3:00 PM to 6:30 AM, plus weekend on-call coverage for 48-hour periods

Required Qualifications:

• Allied Health Professional credential
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• RCIS certification preferred

What to Expect:

You will work in a fast-paced cardiac catheterization environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. Ceil blue scrubs are required. The assignment runs 91 days, with your start date on June 15, 2026.

Compensation:

Weekly pay is $2,394.40 for this 5×8 day schedule.
