Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• 4x10 shift schedule from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Weekend coverage required with a minimum of 2 weekends working per month, which may increase based on departmental needs
• On-call required: 8-10 call days per month depending on staffing, including one Saturday per month; 30-minute response time required to arrive at hospital; on-call sleep rooms available
• Daily caseload of 20-30 cases per tech
• Daily census of 30-40 patients
• 4 procedure rooms available: 3 with biplane capability (3 Siemens, 1 GE)
• Treat a wide variety of cases including stroke intervention, neurointerventions, PE thrombectomy and thrombolysis, DVT interventions, pain management procedures, and oncology procedures including Y-90, MAAs, and chemoembolizations
• Float within scope to meet facility needs as required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; vascular experience required
• Travel experience required
• Trauma Level I experience required; Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Community hospital experience required
• Cerner EMR experience required; Cerner charting system preferred
• Required certifications: ARRT R, ARRT VI, BLS, FL license
• Active Florida license required at time of submission
• Required skills: PACS, Contrast, Biopsies, Stents, Ablations, Angioplasty, Angiograms, Nephogram, Kyphoplasty, Peripherals, Upper and Lower Extremity procedures, Abdominal and Pelvic procedures, Vascular studies, Neurological studies, Stroke Thrombectomy IR experience
• Additional preferred skills include: 3D imaging, venous access, hemodynamic monitoring, IV starts, phlebotomy, C-Arm
• Scrub color: Black or Navy
