• Work under the supervision of the Operating Room Supervisor
• Maintain the health and welfare of patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Assess patients and procedures to anticipate the needs of the surgical team
• Provide services to the surgical team while maintaining an aseptic and safe environment
• Serve as a self-motivated professional and resource person
• Support the mission and nursing philosophy of the organization
