ED - Emergency Room

Opportunity:

RN - ER

Job Details:

• Work a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, primarily 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• Every other weekend work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other holiday rotation required
• 36 guaranteed hours per week over 13-week contract
• Must float to Aspirus Merrill, Wausau, Langlade, and Stanley locations
• Patient ratio dependent on acuity, could be up to 1:5
• Work in 8-bed emergency department with potential overflow to clinical exam rooms
• 3+ years of emergency room experience required
• Must be outside 50-mile radius of facility
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (AHA or ARC certifications required)
• Epic charting experience preferred but not required
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Clean, work-appropriate scrubs required following facility PPE guidelines
• Flu and COVID vaccination required or mask must be worn at all times during flu season
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
• On-call encouraged but not required
