X-Ray Technician

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday, 5x8 hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• No regular on-call requirements unless needed to cover callouts
• No weekend requirements
• 2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (R), and SCQRSA (R)
• Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency
• Fluoro experience required
• C-arm experience preferred
• Epic experience required for minimal basic charting
• Sectra PACS documentation experience needed
• Must be comfortable working with patients of all ages including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• No floating required between units or facilities
• Dress code requires black or teal scrubs
• 40-hour orientation required
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Block schedule may be accommodated with manager approval
• Must be aware of potential emergency response team assignment during hurricane season (June-November)
