Description
<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - CVOR</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 13-week assignment with flexible scheduling options<br>• Choose from multiple shift patterns: five 8-hour shifts, four 10-hour shifts, or three 12-hour shifts<br>• All shifts start at 6:00 AM with varying end times (2:30 PM, 4:30 PM, or 6:30 PM)<br>• On-call responsibilities required: 48 hours of call per six-week schedule period<br>• Must be available one weekend per month for on-call coverage<br>• Block scheduling system utilized<br>• Phone or Teams interview required (15 minutes)<br>• Must have cardiac scrub experience<br>• BLS certification required<br>• Current Michigan nursing license required<br>• Graduation from accredited school of nursing required<br>• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred<br>• Provide leadership in coordination and delivery of quality patient care<br>• Utilize nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation<br>• Delegate, supervise, and document patient care and family teaching<br>• Communicate effectively with healthcare team regarding patient information<br>• Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This major healthcare system operates as one of the largest and most comprehensive medical networks in the region, providing advanced cardiovascular surgical services.
