RN - Rehab

Job Details:

• Work night shifts with 3x12 schedule
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Rotating weekend schedule
• 1+ years of nursing experience required
• BLS certification required
• Flu vaccination required from November 1-April 1 (exemptions must be client approved)
• Standard float requirements
• EMR system: EPIC
• Dress code: Black scrubs required
• Utilize nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients
• Maintain professional accountability for provision of patient care
• Evaluate overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers
• Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information
• Perform duties consistent with facility mission, values, and mercy service standards
