Occupational Therapist Job in Aberdeen, SD

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment at Prairie Heights Healthcare Center in Aberdeen, South Dakota. You will work days and provide occupational therapy services in a rehabilitation setting with a guaranteed 36 hours per week.

Your Role:

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in the rehabilitation setting
• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans based on clinical findings
• Deliver therapeutic interventions designed to support patient rehabilitation goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely medical records
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care
