ED RN Job in Fond du Lac, WI

ThedaCare Fond du Lac is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. You'll work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, three days per week with 36 guaranteed hours. This is a 13-week contract beginning July 6, 2026, with weekly pay of $2,332.80.

Role Details

• Work in a 10-bed inpatient ED with 8 treatment bays, 1 consult room, and 3 hallway bed positions
• Typical patient ratio of 1:4–6 depending on acuity
• Weekend rotation every fourth weekend; holiday rotation required
• Paramedic, RN, or MMIT on-site support
• No on-call or callback requirements
• May float to Med/Surg and TC Oshkosh, plus other ThedaCare facilities within a 60-mile radius as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5+ years of Emergency Department RN experience
• Current Wisconsin RN license
• AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Epic charting experience within the last 12 months
• Associate degree or certificate in nursing (BSN not required but strongly preferred)
• At least one completed travel contract
• Point of Care Testing experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
