<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>CNA - CNA</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work night shifts with every other weekend requirement<br>• Patient ratios: 1:9-10 during days, 1:11-16 during nights<br>• Float assignment primarily at St Joseph Medical Center with potential floating to Region Two facilities including St. Clare Hospital in Lakewood, WA and St. Elizabeth Hospital in Enumclaw, WA<br>• Provide care for patients with COPD, heart failure, abdominal surgeries, dialysis, cardiac, med-tele, psych, infectious disease, ortho, neuro (Stroke/TBI), heart cath lab, and general post-surgical conditions<br>• Perform vital signs and provide med-tele level of care<br>• Handle PIV removal and foley removal (will not take blood sugars)<br>• Standby requirements as per nursing contracts<br>• Use EPIC charting system<br>• Complete 1 day of general orientation and 1 day unit/hospital orientation<br>• Hospital cancellation policy allows up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment<br>• Required certifications: CNA license and BLS Certification<br>• Holiday requirements same as nursing staff</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This medical center is a comprehensive healthcare facility featuring 189 beds plus 32 transition beds, providing acute care services across multiple specialties.
