Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Mount Vernon, OH

Knox Community Hospital in Mount Vernon, Ohio is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient rehabilitation services. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 20, 2026.

Position Overview

You will provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting, managing a full caseload of patients with a variety of diagnoses. This role offers the opportunity to work in a community hospital environment while maintaining clinical autonomy and professional growth.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday through Friday, 5x8 days (40 hours per week)
• Shift hours range from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with flex scheduling to accommodate operational needs
• Weekly pay: $2,448

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across diverse diagnoses
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and clinical outcomes
• Maintain professional standards and compliance with facility protocols
• May float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities as needed

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• First-time travelers welcome
