Physical Therapist Job in Winchester, VA

You'll work as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting at BMPT-Winchester, VA. This is a 90-day travel assignment starting May 4, 2026, on a 5x8 day shift schedule.

Your Role

You'll deliver direct patient care with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week. Your typical day includes seeing 12–14 patients, with double-booking of follow-up visits as part of the workflow. You may float to other clinics as needed to support the team's coverage needs.

Schedule & Hours

• 36 hours guaranteed per week with expectation of working up to 40 hours
• Overtime requires director approval before hours are worked

Patient Population

You'll work with outpatient orthopedic patients in a busy clinical environment. Outpatient experience is preferred, though the facility will accept first-time travelers and new graduates.

Compensation & Duration

Weekly pay is $1,959.03. This is a 90-day assignment with flexible travel team options available within this clinic or neighboring clinics.
