About the Role

You will provide direct physical therapy services to patients across the facility's rehabilitation programs. Your responsibilities include:

• Administering diagnostic tests and therapeutic treatments to evaluate patient conditions and functional capacity
• Developing realistic functional goals in collaboration with patients and families, grounded in evidence-based practice
• Selecting and applying appropriate modalities and procedures, with thorough knowledge of indications and contraindications
• Conducting comprehensive physical therapy assessments and creating individualized treatment plans
• Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team and patient families to achieve measurable therapeutic outcomes
• Maintaining professional clinical standards and documentation throughout all patient interactions
