PCU RN Job in Morristown, VT

You will deliver direct patient care across Progressive Care Unit settings at Copley Health Systems, Inc in Morristown, VT. This is a rotating shift role with weekly pay of $2,574 for a 91-day assignment beginning August 10, 2026.

Your responsibilities include:

• Deliver age-specific, direct patient care to patients across Med Surg, Pediatrics, and Adult Stepdown settings
• Provide nursing care utilizing the Nursing Process within the framework of the Department of Nursing Standards of Patient Care and Specialty Specific Standards of Patient Care
• Assume leadership responsibilities including delegation of work to other levels of employees
• Maintain compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of health care

Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and de-escalation training must be active prior to your contract start date. If certifications are not currently active, you must have a booked course scheduled at the time of Clinical Orientation at the beginning of your assignment.

You bring an RN degree and experience managing complex patient populations in fast-paced care settings. You are comfortable with rotating shifts and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
