NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

RN - NICU

Job Details:

• Maintain proficiency in IV skills and management of IV fluids
• Serve as a breastfeeding resource for mothers in support of Baby Friendly designation goals
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of ventilator care
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of central lines including UACs, UVCs, PICCs, and midlines
• Perform chest tube maintenance and care as needed
• Provide strong patient and family teaching skills to support parental participation in infant care
• Work within a family-centered care unit that encourages parental involvement
• Utilize a team approach in a collaborative and supportive NICU environment
• No float requirement
• Required certifications: NRP, BLS
