Registered Nurse - ER @ Christian Hospital

Job Details:

• Work in Emergency Room during day shifts
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week for three 12-hour shifts
• Patient ratio of 1:4 across all shifts including weekends
• Weekend requirement every 3rd weekend
• Must float within scope to meet facility needs
• 2 years of experience required
• Travel experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH, PALS
• Preferred certifications: CPI and TNCC
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Navy scrub color required
• Care for patients of all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Handle approximately 127 visits per day in 38-bed emergency department
• Manage various emergency conditions including trauma, medical emergencies, and behavioral health situations
• Work with interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, radiology, social services, and pharmacy
• Separate area available for psychiatric patients
• No on-call requirements
• Missouri license or compact license required
• Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only
