About this role

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist II for a travel assignment at OU Health University of Oklahoma Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK. This is an intermediate-level position working Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with an on-call requirement once per month. The assignment runs 89 weeks, beginning May 4, 2026.

Your Role

You will provide specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic technology services to adult and pediatric patient populations across acute inpatient facilities, outpatient practices, diagnostic centers, urgent care centers, and remote outreach clinics. Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing patients for procedures and correlating clinical history with physician-ordered imaging studies
  • Operating specialized imaging equipment to perform diagnostic, interventional, and surgical procedures
  • Conducting post-procedure reviews to verify study completion and technical quality standards
  • Transferring images and data to archival systems and preparing studies for physician interpretation
  • Performing quality control checks, equipment cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance per manufacturer specifications
  • Providing instruction and mentoring to less experienced team members
  • Participating in continuing education, professional development, and research activities

Requirements

  • Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited cardiovascular program or JRCERT-accredited radiologic technology program
  • CT credentials required upon hire
  • Current AHA BLS certification
  • One year of full-time experience as a certified or registered cardiovascular or radiologic technology professional (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and remain composed in stressful situations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams

Compensation

Weekly pay is $2,797.20.
