T12 Medical PCU- (21301) RN Step Down

<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - PCU Stepdown</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work as a Registered Nurse in Progressive Care Unit Stepdown<br>• Provide intermediate care for patients transitioning between intensive care and general medical units<br>• Monitor patients with complex medical conditions requiring closer observation than general floor patients<br>• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians<br>• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes<br>• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records<br>• Respond to patient emergencies and implement appropriate interventions<br>• Current RN license required<br>• PCU or stepdown experience preferred</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive medical center providing a full range of inpatient and outpatient services to the community.
