<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 4-10 hour shifts with Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday off<br>• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services in an outpatient setting<br>• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and screenings<br>• Develop individualized plans of care with functional goals<br>• Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions and modify treatment plans as necessary<br>• Document patient care progress and continuing treatment needs<br>• Provide patient and family education to achieve therapeutic goals<br>• Complete accurate billing by end of each shift meeting regulatory requirements<br>• Maintain individual productivity meeting department standards<br>• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities<br>• Assist with orientation of new staff and student programs<br>• Use AIDET communication, perform hand hygiene, and maintain clean organized environment<br>• Must have ability to lift and transfer patients and equipment<br>• Required to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, crouch, and communicate effectively<br>• Required certifications: Current Arizona PT License, BLS and AED through American Heart Association<br>• Must be graduate of APTA approved four-year bachelor&#39;s degree program or foreign equivalent<br>• 2 years recent experience in outpatient setting required<br>• Experience with MER documentation - Meditech preferred<br>• Recent experience working with adult and geriatric population required</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization is committed to providing the region&#39;s best clinical care and patient service through an environment that fosters respect and pride in performance.
