Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job in Avon, IN

IU Health West Hospital in Avon, Indiana is seeking an Allied Health Professional Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work 40 hours per week on a 5x8 day shift schedule, with a start date of May 11, 2026.

Role Overview

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients and operate imaging equipment to create detailed diagnostic images. Your work supports physicians in diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the heart, lungs, bones, kidneys, and other organ systems. You will maintain accurate patient records, follow strict safety protocols for radioactive materials, and ensure quality imaging results.

Requirements

• Current Indiana state license
• ARRT(N) OR NMTCB certification
• AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Compensation
