CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Friday/Saturday nights from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per workweek for 8 and 10-hour shifts, 36 hours for 3 twelve-hour shifts, 48 hours for 4 twelve-hour shifts
• On-call required 4-5 times per month, one weekend per month, and 1-2 weekdays per month
• Holiday coverage required - must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Weekend coverage required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT CT, Indiana state license (must be in hand prior to start)
• Must be proficient with Siemens, Carestream Portable, and Phillips equipment
• Multi-modality CT/X-ray technologist position - must be able to perform general X-ray
• Must be comfortable working alone at times
• Work with adult and pediatric patients in emergency department, inpatient, and outpatient settings
• Perform CT scans including brain perfusion, coronary CTA, head/chest/abdomen with and without contrast
• Handle X-ray procedures including extremities, spine, chest, and musculoskeletal imaging
• Must be able to start peripheral IVs and prepare/administer contrast media
• Royal blue scrubs required
