Occupational Therapist Job in Petaluma, CA

Santa Rosa Post Acute is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 91-day travel assignment beginning January 20, 2026. You'll work in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting where you'll make a direct impact on resident outcomes through evidence-based therapeutic practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating residents and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their functional goals
• Providing therapeutic interventions focused on improving activities of daily living, functional mobility, and safety
• Collaborating with nursing and rehabilitation staff to coordinate integrated care and ensure consistent progress
• Maintaining accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Utilizing modern therapy gym equipment and resources to support resident rehabilitation

What we're looking for:

• Current California Occupational Therapist license
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
