ICU RN Job in Asheville, NC

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in a float pool position across multiple intensive care units at Mission Hospital in Asheville. This role offers flexibility and variety as you provide direct patient care in different ICU environments based on patient census and staffing needs.

What You'll Do

• Deliver nursing care to critically ill patients across multiple ICU units
• Adapt quickly to different intensive care environments and unit-specific protocols
• Respond to staffing needs and patient acuity levels across the float pool
• Maintain current nursing license and required certifications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in fast-paced critical care settings

Position Details

• Specialty: ICU – Intensive Care Unit
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, nights (6:45 PM–7:15 AM)
• Duration: 91 days
• Start Date: March 30, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,049.84
