Sterile Processing Technician Job in El Paso, TX

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician for a travel assignment at THOP Sierra Campus (168) in El Paso, Texas. This is a full-time position working 5x8 hour days on the day shift.

About the Role

As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of surgical instrumentation preparation and sterilization. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Performing decontamination of surgical instrumentation according to established protocols
• Assembling and sterilizing surgical instrumentation using various software applications and sterilization methods
• Assembling and delivering surgical and interventional procedure case carts to operating areas
• Managing pairing and replenishment of materials to ensure adequate inventory
• Collaborating with surgical partners to provide accurate and complete surgical instrumentation and needed supplies
• Ensuring proper handling, processing, and storage of all sterile processing equipment and tools

Assignment Details

This travel assignment runs for 91 days, with a start date of August 20, 2026. You will work day shift hours, allowing you to maintain a regular schedule. Weekly pay is $1,440.

Qualifications

You must hold a degree as an Allied Health Professional and possess current certification or licensure as appropriate for your state of assignment. Experience in sterile processing, decontamination, and surgical instrumentation handling is essential. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment.
