Telemetry RN Job in Springfield, MO

You will provide direct patient care on a 24-bed telemetry unit at Mercy Hospital Springfield, working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a 13-week assignment with 3x12 night shifts and weekly pay of $2,102.40.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care across all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Monitor patients using telemetry equipment and manage IV pumps, lift equipment, and tube feeding pumps
• Coordinate care activities with ancillary departments and maintain professional accountability and patient confidentiality
• Float on a rotational basis to other units as needed
• Work with patient ratios of 1:6–1:7 on nights

Requirements

• Current RN license eligible for Missouri licensure
• Minimum 1 year inpatient telemetry experience
• BLS certification from AHA (required)
• NIHSS certification (may be obtained prior to start)
• Demonstrated competence in drug titration
