<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM<br>• Full-time position working 5 days, 8 hours per day<br>• Weekend requirements apply<br>• Support diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in catheterization laboratory<br>• Prepare lab equipment and supplies while maintaining sterile technique<br>• Document patient information and hemodynamic measurements during procedures<br>• Operate specialized cath lab equipment including imaging systems, contrast injectors, and hemodynamic systems<br>• Provide radiation safety oversight during X-ray procedures<br>• Serve as preceptor and resource for junior technicians<br>• Participate in daily room checks and supply stocking<br>• Maintain patient safety protocols and aseptic technique throughout all procedures<br>• Collaborate with procedure teams to ensure departmental efficiency<br>• Support patient transport when appropriate<br>• 2 years of Diagnostic, Interventional Radiology, or Cath/EP Lab experience required<br>• Associate&#39;s degree in cardiovascular technology, radiologic technology, or healthcare-related field preferred<br>• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA only), plus one specialty certification (RCIS, RCES, RCS, or ARRT credentials)<br>• PALS certification required for pediatric facilities<br>• Must adhere to organizational dress code and attendance policies</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization is a leading Catholic healthcare system that operates modern cardiac catheterization laboratories equipped with advanced imaging and interventional technology.
