CHS Travel:(RN) / Operating Room (OR)- Days (6a-4:30p)

<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - OR</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work day shifts with 4 ten-hour shifts Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM<br>• 13-week assignment duration<br>• Requires active nursing license, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications<br>• Minimum 2+ years of OR RN experience with a combination of orthopedic, plastics, and OB/GYN procedures<br>• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in operating room patient care<br>• Work as part of surgical team with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and operating room technicians<br>• Ensure supplies and timeliness of surgical cases<br>• Communicate with patient families during procedures<br>• Update physician preference cards<br>• Scrub and assist physicians during surgical cases<br>• Supervise personnel delivering patient care<br>• Follow state nurse practice act, AORN standards, and regulatory requirements<br>• Provide patient care according to physician orders and hospital policies</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This specialized women&#39;s hospital focuses on providing comprehensive surgical services for female patients.
